Thank you for taking the time to come to my presentation. I hope you find it challenging,

inspiring and rewarding.

As I reflect on my journey over the last two years as Facilitator for the Christchurch ICT Cluster,

many things come to mind. It has been a time of immense challenge, inspiration, frustration,

and an exploration of passion, for me.

I hope to share my passion for learning with ICT, some of my beliefs about learning, and to

guide you in the use of reflection as a powerful tool for enabling teacher change.

Underlying this are a number of key elements, most important is that of human relationships-

if we can humanise the process of teacher professional development in ICT, then we may some

day be without a job.
